Well, of course it takes us to the page rather than the image. How else can the cartoonist get pageviews that translate into ad revenue?
If the image showed up in the email, I'd never visit the site. I see it as a daily reminder.

After that development, I kind of like that it's been stretched out this much. I thought she was just a run of the mill mean-hearted harpy; I didn't see this coming. Does this mean Edwards is a vampire too? Is the vegetarianism all a pretense?
